In the late 1990’s Anton Kraft embarked on an audacious project to revolutionize the watch market, long dominated by traditional expensive types and sporty, LCD updates.
Ignoring style-dictators and consumer forecasts of the watch establishment, he used LED Displays and a unique time reading system to personalize telling the time. He sensed that consumers were hungry for a unique fashion statement as well as high-concept design. Despite the nonexisting technical resources or opportunities at the time, he registered for legal protection of his ideas.
In 2005, Time Technology Ltd. Hong Kong was founded and now operates the brand 01THE ONE. Since then, the brand has converted swathes of enthusiasts in Europe, North America and Asia and garnered swift media attention.
