What style elements are going to be big for 2010? The Moxsie team took some time to stop and say hi to some of our current and new incoming designers.

It's not difficult to understand why the headphones have been such a big hit. Yes, they're a part of the larger retro movement, but the colors play a big element to their appeal. And did you know about all the cool features Urbanears come with? From the Wired Gadget Lab:

The stylish headphones have a microphone and inline remote that will control or at least let you talk to most phones, including the iPhone. They also have something I’ve never seen before: a headphone jack socket high up on one earpiece, so you can let a friend jack-in and share your tunes, or listen as you watch a movie together. They also fold flat (ish) so, unlike the Panasonics, they’re actually good to travel with.

URBANEARS UP ON TOP

Urbanears must be smiling (Brace yourself.) from ear-to-ear with all the praise they've been getting recently. Refinery 29 is just one of many newfound Urbanear fans:

The Plattan style from Urbanears is everything we've been looking for: great sound quality, a non-ear-squishing shape, and that old-school "keyboard unit in music class" look with wire adjusters and a lanyard cord (no super-tangly, plastic noodles for you!).

They swear their morning commute sounds "ever sweeter through them." You can get a listen to what's streaming through R29's airwaves here.

MOXSIE MEN'S FOOTWEAR ON ANTENNA'S RADAR

In the lower hemisphere of the everyday outfit, The People's Shoe got some love in Antenna's spring issue.

Aside from the Monochrome above, Antenna also gave nods to Heyday, Keep, and Gourmet. Moxsie men's footwear is on fire! - Which is fine as long is it's the shoes that are on fire, and not the feet...

Okay, so we just waxed way poetic for a loose theme from last week: Things That Make Your Ears Happy. We received new shipments and refilled stock that many of you have been waiting for for months. Take a look, or lend us an ear!

Definitely one of our quickest-selling gadgets and probably one of the easiest things to gift. Our Urbanears are back in stock in every color - plus black!

If you're hard-pressed trying to justify another pair of headphones, we like to reason that cup-style headphones warm up your ears. Plus there's the whole earbuds-are-bad-for-you debate. So either you're properly preparing for awaiting the subway in winter, or you're taking preventative measures to protect your hearing for the future. Either way, you win.

That leaves us with the question, "What color?"

NANDA HOME - Your new best frienemy!

Many of us find it hard to wake up and get out of bed in the morning. You know why? Because it is.

It's hard to get out of bed, particulary when you're cozy, there's a threat of blustery weather outside, or you just don't feel like taking on Monday.

You know what would make this all better, though? Having a wake-up buddy. Like a gym buddy, except they make you emerge from your sheets and they smile while they don't take no for an answer.

Meet Clocky, Gauri Nanda's wake-up buddy! We just got Clocky two weeks ago, and they're already selling out. Take note of these little friends - or don't. If you try to ignore Clocky and snooze his alarm, he rolls off your nightstand and swiftly out of reach. You'll just have to get up and find him from there.

But still, at least it's a friend beeping you awake in the morning.

PRETTY LITTLE THING - Fit for big girls and little ladies.

Designer Lirany Vasquez sent us a fun mix of new Pretty Little Thing pieces. They're surprisingly wearable and would go just as well with your dainty frocks as they would with your studded leather jacket.

These Spearhead Earrings have a carefully placed pinch that'll catch the light and make 'em say, "Where'd you get those?"

Also check out our new Potluck Paris pieces - If you think your fingers need more attention than your ears, their latest batch of rings might just get the job done.

Though there are plenty of stylish Hong Kong women dressing from head-to-toe in black, some of the most intriguing outfits combined textiles and pops of color. Obviously, there's an artful way to to mix these things and then there's just the experimental. The woman above, in her basic but still eye-catching black-and-white plaid with bright purple sneakers, did a great job making the street-boho style look effortless and casual. She still looked approachable.

Wish we knew what these girls were talking about on the Metro! Our guess is it didn't have anything to do with the girl on the right's black-to-clear thick-rimmed glasses, because they're too awesome to warrant such a look of concern.

The girls below were happily babbling about their latest shopping trip to IFC (one of many huge, huge malls in Hong Kong), and we could only guess if they coordinated their bags with each other or not. Though their purses are blurry in motion in the photo, they each had black-and-white polka dot and stripe detailing that reminded us of Ichi-V's fun print combinations.

If you're looking for a place to go and are particularly hoping to update your wardrobe, look no further than Hong Kong. With its incredibly global representation of designers and wide array of styles from street market (Haggling required.) to high-end, the only thing to worry about with Hong Kong fashion is being overwhelmed.
