US Shipping
FREE FedEx Ground shipping for all US Orders. FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes. Moxsie also offers additional faster shipping options at discounted FedEx rates.
Orders shipped via the free FedEx Ground option have a delivery time of up to 5 business days (not including Saturday, Sundays) from the time the order is shipped.
Delivery time may be affected by your time of purchase, your ship to address or order verification. FedEx Ground delivers to certain areas on Saturdays until 7pm local time.
In order to offer you the best shopping experience possible, we make every effort to ship all orders placed before 3PM PST (6pm EST) on the same business day. In cases where the order is received on a weekend or holiday, we make every effort to ship the order on the following business day.
Some brands ship your order directly from their warehouse. They ship these orders the next business day. Some products, especially made-to-order products such as jewelry may take a few additional days before shipping. We will notify you about your ship date in such cases.
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation from Moxsie.
After your order has shipped, you will get a shipping confirmation email from FedEx. To ensure delivery of the shipping confirmation email, please add trackingupdates@fedex.com to your email address book. The shipping confirmation will include the tracking number. For the most up to date information on your shipment and an estimated delivery date, please track your order at the FedEx customer website using your tracking number.
If you are a registered user on Moxsie.com, you will be able to see your tracking number in your order history once the order has shipped.
International Shipping
We ship to select countries around the world including Canada and most countries in Western Europe and the Middle East. Check the 'country' menu in the checkout page for the current list. We ship outside the US using FedEx International Priority. Most customers receive their orders in 3 to 7 business days.
Delivery times are from 4 to 7 business days. FedEx International Priority to Canada delivers the next business day to most locations.
Charges for shipments will vary based on FedEx International rates. International Shipping rates are based not only on the weight but also on the dimensions of the shipping box. Most large items such as shoes have higher shipping rates due to their dimensions. The exact shipping charges will be conveyed to you before the order is shipped and your credit card is charged.
You have the option to cancel the order prior to its shipment. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. All items shipped outside the contiguous United States, AK and HI cannot be returned. For your safety, we verify all international orders before they are shipped.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Moxsie does not charge you duties nor taxes and cannot determine what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be paid to your local customs office in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

US Domestic Orders (Contiguous US, Alaska and Hawaii)
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to set up an exchange or accept a return for a full refund, excluding any shipping fees you may have paid. Please notify us within ten day of receipt of your item.
Moxsie offers free shipping for exchanges and returns.
Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received and must include the original box and/or packaging as well as any tags for clothing and accessories. Footwear must not have any marks on blemishes anywhere, including the sole.
If you wish to exchange or return an item, please email your request along with your order number and additional info to customerservice@moxsie.com. We will then send you, via fedex.com, a pre-paid return label. Please add 'EmailLabel@fedex.com' to your address book to ensure delivery of your return label.
All items to be returned or exchanged must be shipped back within a week of receipt of the delivery label.
Once we verify the condition of the returned item, we will issue a credit within one week, to the credit card used for the purchase. The amount credited will be the price that you paid for the returned items and any applicable taxes. We do not refund the shipping charges that you may have paid. When the refund is issued, it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card, depending on your financial institution.
We do not accept returns on i/denti/tee products. Exchanges on i/denti/tee products are accepted if the package is unopened and undamaged.
International Orders
We do not accept returns for orders placed outside the contiguous United States, Alaska and Hawaii.

- All orders are processed by Moxsie and the order is shipped from our warehouse or directly by our designer. For some products such as jewelry, our designers may take a few additional days to create your order. We will notify you about your ship date in such cases.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact customerservice@moxsie.com with your order details and reason for canceling. We will make every attempt to handle your request.
If the shipment is already en route, we will send you a return label at no additional cost to return the item. All return policies do still apply.
Taxes that appear on your online order are approximate. The actual taxes charged to your credit card will reflect the applicable state and local sales taxes, and will be calculated when your order is shipped. Orders shipped to California will have all applicable local and state sales taxes added to your order total.
Pre-orders
We’re pleased to offer pre-orders on select products.
If you place a pre-order with us, your credit card will be pre-authorized for the amount of the order. A pre-authorization implies that the funds for the amount are reserved on your card but have not yet been transferred to Moxsie. Once the order is shipped, we will charge your card for the amount.
We will do our best to ship you your order on or before the expected ship date. In the unlikely event of a delay, we will notify you. When the order ships, please allow for up to an additional 5 business days for the order to be delivered or upgrade your shipping for faster delivery.
Pre-orders can be canceled, by notifying customer service.
Gift Wrap
Most orders are gift wrapped at no cost to you.
Some of our designers ship directly from a warehouse and may not have gift wrapping facilities.
Out of stock products
We obtain a limited quantity of certain products. Should you wish to buy a product that is not in stock or a size that is unavailable, please contact us at customerservice@moxsie.com and we will do our utmost to fulfill your request. - PRIVACY Go to Top

Moxsie uses Industry Standard secure socket layer software or SSL for encrypting credit card information so that it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet.

- We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not accept personal checks, COD or other cards at this time.
For your security and to reduce Credit Card Fraud, you may get a call from Moxsie Customer Service verifying that it was indeed you who made the charge. This is for your own protection. If a Customer Service representative calls you, please note that they will not ask for credit card number or user name or password. Please do not provide this information over the phone.
Should an issue occur with your credit card, your bank cannot discuss your specific issue with Moxsie, due to security issues. You most likely need to contact your bank directly to solve most payment issues.
Here are steps you can take to resolve payment issues:
- Your bank’s security department may flag any unexpected activity on your account. This includes first time orders and high value purchases, regardless of your credit limit). Your bank may require a verbal authorization.
- Most banks have daily spending limits and if that amount is exceeded, you may get a block on your card.
- If you make several charges in a day or cancel some of those charges, your card may be authorized for each charge and your bank my take 7-10 business days to remove that authorization.
- If you make changes to your order, cancel items, or a multiple-item order ships in more than one shipment, your card may be authorized for each charge and funds may be reserved against your account for each authorization.
