The jewelry brand HOT HOT PINK PINK is now known as EDGE OF URGE.

After cutting oodles of feathers for a window display in her store in Wilmington, NC, designer and proprietress Jessie Williams found herself with tons of her handcut feathers needing to be worn. She starting sewing them on her clothing, making accessories, and soon enough found a perfect fit in wearing them as earrings. Thus, hot hot pink pink was born. From the pages of the New York Times and Lucky magazine to red carpets and city streets across the globe, her work has since been gaining recognition on a daily basis.

Since her early days working to get accepted to the NC School of the Arts near her hometown of Greensboro, NC, to opening her own boutique and clothing line, Edge of Urge, Jessie Williams has fought to prove herself in an industry not always willing to accept the newcomer. She has proven herself and stuck to her heartfelt vision that was to her "as clear as a sparkling diamond" through diligence, determination, and the love and support from a core group of family and friends. She draws her inspiration from the infinite potential found in fabric, needle, thread, scissors, and feathers! As a direct extension of Jessie's character, Edge of Urge and hot hot pink pink show an admiration for individuals who creatively use fashion as an outlet of personal expression. Being the independent and free-spirited designer she is, it is Jessie's goal and achievement to make custom-made and accessible clothing, and accessories for people of all paths, and to bring out an inner confidence in women of every age, shape and size.
