Greedy Genius’s four co-founders from the U.S., Ethiopia. Hong Kong and France, created the brand with a international, revolutionary outlook in late 2005.

The founding team, which includes Nick Loftis, former design director at Apple Bottom jeans, discovered that their diverse cultural identities, along with a unified passion for music, fashion, technology and travel would become instrumental in shaping the overall concept for the brand.

The first Greedy Genius collection, launched in Fall 06, was an assortment of sneakers that featured structurally classic sneakers brought to life with modern embellishments. From there, the brand has pushed the envelope to build a global following in distinctive streetwear fashion capitals.

Recent innovations like the Ocean Runner (a cross between a a hi-top and a boat shoe) have ensure the line continues to stay in the public eye. Collaborations with companies like Skull Candy and international expansion have made the brand a styling force to be reckoned with..
